PROBLEM

Town Home Studio is a home finishings company that boasts a beautiful retail space in downtown Boone, NC, but was with a website that was anything but. As happens to many small businesses, the original website was a project undertaken by the owners. However, after months of struggle and a site that wasn't driving sales from the high-end clientele, they gave us a call.

 
 

SOLUTION

We created an e-commerce website that enabled visitors to inquire via each product page. Unlike traditional e-commerce websites, the Town Home site didn't take payment, but asked for contact details to discuss with visitors about their purchase as each product Town Home sells is custom made, often with lead times of six to eight weeks.
